House Rules
No pets
No smoking, parties, or events
Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM and check out by 10AM
Self check-in with lockbox

Please be respectful to the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly at night.

We are not able to accommodate any parties, stag or hen groups.

Please leave parking permit in the house when you check out or you will be charged a replacement fee of £50.

Please leave all Keys in the lockbox when you check out or you will be charged a replacement fee of £50.

You will be charged £15 per hour late check out fee if you stay past the agreed upon check out time without our consent.

You must also acknowledge
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to full month rental.
Surveillance or recording devices on property - CCTV Camera Surveillance On-site

 
Cancellations

Free cancellation for first 48 hours of booking.
After that, cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, No Refund within 14 days before check-in.
